The master bath of this Arlington, Va., apartment has concrete countertops with double vanities and custom floating wenge cabinetry. A wall-to-wall mirror makes the room appear twice as big. Halogen downlights and accent pendants complete the striking look, while top and side showerheads and a series of body sprays make the shower stall with its concrete bench a pleasure to use.

My dear candida

Following Dr. Wayne Dyer's advice I listed on Hay House Radio I'll not start a war on my candida overgrowth as I did this last spring just to not really result in a cure and end my diet plan 2 days after I landed in Mallorca and eat sugar and carbs since then for the past month.

After my period ended now, 3 days ago, I'm suffering again really bad from vaginal candida and this time with rash and foggy head tiredness symptoms. So I'm back to the diet cleanse. This time I'll make a diary.

Funny the first time wasn't hard to let go of the sugar has now has been, but I already bought stevia tea in mallorca so now I have no excuses, besides tab water in Finland tastes sweet and so does the lapacho (pau d'arco ) tea I got from mallorca as well wich I started taking yesterday.
